Group Fitness: Your first group class is FREE! Warm-up with aerobics combined with the elements of kickboxing. It’s a total body workout that is fun and challenging. Learn all the punches and kicks and put them together in kickboxing combinations. Our cardio component uses focus pads and boxing gloves. A Great stress reliever! Great music too!
