Cantemus Singers, the Beach-based 16-voice choir, present an evening of Renaissance/Baroque carols and motets, featuring Charpentier’s 1690 masterpiece, La Messe de Minuit pour Noël.  The music of the mass is based on traditional French carols.  The choir will be accompanied by the Community Baroque Orchestra of Toronto Ensemble.  The concert takes place on December 12th at 7:30 p.m. at Beach United Church, 2 Bellefair Avenue at Queen St. E.  Tickets are $15 regular price, $10 for seniors and students.  Tickets are available at the door, or may be reserved for pick-up by calling 416-578-6602.
