Terms of Service / TownHALL Membership Agreement
MyTownCrier.ca ("Site") is a community news website that also includes interactive areas where users can express opinions and share ideas and information. As such, MyTownCrier.ca may not monitor all of the material posted or transmitted to the Site, including such content made available through the site by its registered TownHALL Members. By using any part of the Site and/or becoming a TownHALL Member, you represent that you are age 13 or over.
Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information contained in third party Content are those of their respective authors or producers, and not of Multimedia Nova or any of its affiliates, and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of such Content. By using the Site, you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of the Site and any of its Content, including but not limited to whether you should rely on any of the site's Content as valid.
You also agree that under no circumstances will MyTownCrier.ca and its affiliated newspaper editions and products, its parent company Multimedia Nova Corporation and its affiliates and related entities and their affiliated newspapers and products, be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Site.
Becoming a TownHALL Member of the Town Crier website is free; but Members are required to supply a unique username, e-mail address, and other information, and agree to this Terms of Service/Membership Agreement. We encourage our TownHALL Members to submit content, but to do so in accordance with copyright laws and the outlined submission rules below. If you're unsure of what constitutes another's work, click here for some guidelines. While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot be responsible, and we affirmatively disclaim responsibility, for information that you choose to publicly disclose.
